Question: Why do you have a paid Membership?

Answer: Normally we take the money into a large room and the IIE staff and affiliates roll around in it naked, like leaves in Fall. Just kidding, as any business - IIE has overhead too - cost for employees, production and general maintenance. We take a majority of our revenues for producing new projects, and events and contest we hold. We work directly with many upcoming filmmakers, actors, screenwriters in producing their projects as well as our own. We also give back to our members each month with multiple services such as our informative interviews and articles each month. IIE also offers giveaways of products and services, such as software and equipment, as an additional incentive. Whether you choose to use our FREE membership services or upgrade to a Premium or Platinum Member. We hope you'll be inspired to further your personally endeavors...we still think the room full of money isn't a bad idea though.

Question: How much does IIE charge for its services?

Answer: As often as we possible, usually to the tone of $1 Billion dollars (que evil laughter). Okay again we kid you, but which service will you need? On our Services page list a multitude of various services we offer. There isn't much we can't get done regardless if your budget big or small. Depending on what the needs are we do our best to work within your budget within the scope of the project. Feel free to Contact Us and we can discuss in detail your objectives.

Question: How do you guys pick "Lotter - iie" winners?

Answer: If we really really like you... and if you say really really nice things about us, THEN you might be our next winner. No but seriously... the names are in a software program that randomly picks a members name.

Question: Can a winner...win again?

Answer: Yes, they could! Each new month or whenever we hold a drawing does not reflect the previous winners.

Question: What happens if I don't win?

Answer: If you don't win suck it up and take it like a solider, it's ok to cry. We will offer more chances for people to win various products, services, and cash (everyone's favorite) as IIE goes forward with new ventures. We'll always try our best to share our good fortune.

Question: What if I don't want the incentive prize?

Answer: Naturally, we can't force you to accept whatever prize is offeredat that particular time. If the winner does not claim his or her winnings within 3 days, than the next in line will be our winner. No prizes are carried over onto the next month. You can also choose to give the product or service to someone else if you like. It's funt ot share...they say.

Question: Can I enter someone else instead or subscribe a member?

Answer: You can! However, the person will receive a confirmation email to validated their membership. If they choose not to be a member their name will not go into the drawing. WE DO NOT SPAM! Nor do we sell or share your information with anyone or any company EVER

(Well, I mean if it were an obscene amount of money then you couldn't fault us right? Right? Oh go on, we're just kidding!)

Question: How will I know if I won?

Answer: Once the incentive winner is selected all those that signed up in our newsletter section marked Lotter-iie will receive a brief announcement letter. This is separate from any other categories selected. You can also check the Winners Circle page to see monthly winners of Lotter-iie and other contest. We do also mention winners on the regular monthly newsletter.

Question: Why do you guys do this?

Answer: Why not? We figured the awards, festivals and many other events & contest (at least we're going to be offering) are TOUGH enough. Why not offer our members a little motivating incentive. Currently there aren't any million dollar purses, but who knows.

...all Premium & Platinum Members have the opportunity to receive a premium product or service for the month the are signed up.

Question: Do I have to be a member to get my script produced by IIE?

Answer: No, you don't. We don't have a multi-million dollar budget yet(we're working on it). We do however regularly produce films under $10k. We have selected our 4 for 2006 but you are welcome to submit to your script, logline or treatment to us and we'll gladly look it over for future production or we may have an affiliate producer that may want to produce your project.

Question: Does IIE purchase screenplays or scripts?

Answer: Not presently. We only produce select shorts film projects at the moment but hope to get into features soon soon soon.

Question: Are you accepting new talent?

Answer: Sure! If we aren't producing any projects we always have affiliates that ask us if we have any good scripts, actors, crew and so forth to help with their own projects.

Question: Does IIE act as an agent?

Answer: Nah! We aren't ready to accept that additional responsibility but maybe later. We do however manage talent. If we book you a job through our network we get a flat 10% rate across the board. If we get your script produced by another production company we also get a flat 10%. If we get your short film or feature bought through our network again we get 10% of the purchase, and so forth.
